Duane has been with Kendall since February of 1982. He grew up in Grants Pass and attended Southern Oregon College. In college he thought he would be a social worker or an attorney…ended up in the car business, go figure! Turns out things happen for a reason, because he now has his dream job. Duane appreciates that Kendall has a genuine concern for the well being of our employees, their families and our guests. Duane enjoys spending his time away from work with his wife and their two boys. They are what make him truly tick.

Phillip has been in the automotive industry since 1994 and joined the Kendall family during the acquisition of Romania in 2002. Phillip is a locally grown boy who graduated from Cottage Grove High School and furthered his education at Lane Community College. Spending time with his family is priceless. He says that his daughter, "Elia" teaches him more than he will ever teach her. "She just has a way of cheering me up too." Phillip also enjoys riding quads and spending time outdoors. Phillip appreciates the entitlement that Kendall gives all of their employees to be an ambassador in our workplace. It gives us the ability to "Do the right thing" in every situation. That alone is the difference between a long lasting company and one that is not.

Hans has been in the automotive industry for 16 years. He started his career with Kendall as a Parts counterman and was promoted to Parts Manager in 2000. Hans grew up in Springfield and attended Lane Community College for 2 years. He enjoys the people that he works with at Kendall. They make it fun and rarely leave time for a dull moment. When Han's is not working hard at Kendall he enjoys spending time with his wife of over 15 years and their two great kids and all of their multiple sports. He also enjoys camping, fishing, hunting…pretty much anything outdoors.
