I just moved to Eugene, and had to schedule my Honda Accord for its mileage maintenance check (October 13). As this was my first experience utilizing Kendall, I was nervous. As a traveler passing thru... if the car isn't working, you are screwed! I rated my experience at Kendall Honda excellent because of the exceptional service that Mindy provided me while the service department worked on my car. She treated me respectfully, kept me informed, and made me feel she truly was working on my behalf to have a safe running car. The problem with the car was a faulty fuel injector that was confirmed after a week of diagnosis. We recently bought a Certified Pre-Owned Accord from Kendall Honda. The experience was very low pressure and friendly from start to finish. We didn't feel like we were being put through an endurance test like at some dealerships. We only worked with one salesman, Court Broughton, and the Business Manager Unj Haider, both of whom were great to work with. On top of that we got a great deal on our Accord. We'd definitely recommend Kendall!

I was having an oil change. They found a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Vern took the time to explain everything and was most helpful in making an appointment for the next day, and were flexible in getting me to and from work. When they went to fix one of the problems, they discovered that it did not need to be fixed, and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

My Honda 2001 CRV was towed to Kendall/Honda last night. I needed to have it back today and was afraid that the Service Dept would be too busy. But as I have come to expect, Scott Pierce, Manager and Kevin Elliot, Tech, were able to squeeze me in. I want to commend and congratulate Doug Murillo for his help with me when I had to replace parts for the rear windshield washer on my 2008 Honda CRV. Ian was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, helpful to the extreme. He knows Hondas and will spend as much time as you need to help you feel comfortable in your new car. He even works on his days off to get you what you want, sending text messages and letting you know what's going on, even coming in on his day off to help you buy your car. The service writer Dale was great on my last visit because he quickly assessed what I needed to have done, gave me the amount of time that it would take, and arranged for me to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. We had a very pleasant buying experience here. We drove +100 miles in from out of town to buy at Kendall because Paul was straight forward with us on our initial phone conversation and didn't activate our BS detectors when dealing with him. Kendall had a good selection of vehicles to get a comparison of the different styles and options on the new car we bought (Honda Accord). I would recommend Paul and Kendall to friends.

Recently, we purchased a vehicle for our newly licensed daughter from the Kendall Auto Group. Brandon Apker was very helpful in this process, assisting with locating the right vehicle at another Kendall dealership than his (Kendall Honda), to include ensuring proper follow-up on all identified maintenance issues after the purchase. I have been using this dealership's service since 1992, purchased two Hondas there, and have had all four of our Hondas (over time) regularly serviced there. We worked with Dennis through the years until he retired, and he was always very response and most helpful. We now work with David Sanchez and Darren, and both have served us equally well. I's a very satisfied customer!

We were met on the lot in a friendly, non pushy way immediately by Paul Farrally. We were offered a few different choices in makes and models as we had not yet decided on what we wanted to purchase. Our questions and concerns were handled efficiently and smoothly But the most appreciative thing was having the salesman Paul Farrally hang out with our kids and even read them stories while we dealt with the financing and paperwork part. Austin was polite, informative, and professional. He patiently helped us find the perfect car. We drove away happy inspite of our somewhat limited budget. Austin is a definate asset to Kendall. The most unbelievable customer service from any dealership that I have ever dealt with! Our salesperson stay at least an hour and a half after closing to show my son all the neat gadgets on his new car. He was honest and extremely helpful. One of the very best experiences we've had purchasing a new car, Honda Odyssey. I checked inventories locally on line found our first choice at Kendall and contacted them by email for their BEST price.
