We just purchased our 4th Honda CRV. In 2008 we bought our first one and liked it so much we bought two others for our kids. After putting 283,650 miles on our ‘08 we took delivery of new 2018 CRV EX-L today. Elizabeth is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesperson. Went in for routine servicing of a Honda CR-V. The online scheduling was poor as I could not get an appt earlier than 2 months out if I wanted to wait for the car. But if I wanted to drop it off, I could get one the next day. So I lied.The routine service consisted of an oil and filter change, tire rotation (free), and cabin air filters. I told them I’d do the air filters myself. When they finished (about 60 minutes), they had done their “safety inspection” (of course) and everything was okay. Surprisingly, they also told me that the air filters were fine and didn’t need replacing. Maybe that would be a different story if I’d ask them to replace them, I don’t know. But a smart move on their part.
