Take Ownership– Accept complete responsibility for yourself and everything that happens to you. Don’t criticize, don’t make excuses or blame others for anything. Focus on resolution rather than blame. Keep your focus and your energy on solutions, improvement and the future. When you blame others, you give up your power to change.
